Progress - Training

I haven't started specific running training yet, but I'm working on building a solid fitness foundation.

On a weekly basis, approximately:

  • 90 minutes of football
  • 40 km of cycling
  • 15 km of running
  • Races

  • Enschede Half a Marathon Enschede on 21st of april 2024 - 1:32:01
  • Running in the mud (15 KM Obstacle Run) Vriezeveen on 6th of juli 2024 - 1:56:01


  • Current Times

    As mentioned, I ran the marathon in Amsterdam in 2021, completing it in 4 hours and 11 minutes. Now, my goal is to run under 4 hours. I believe this is achievable based on my current 5K and 10K times.

    Physically, I always struggle with long distances; I tend to experience discomfort somewhere, be it in my knees, Achilles, ankles, or hamstrings.
