I haven't started specific running training yet, but I'm working on building a solid fitness foundation.

As mentioned, I ran the marathon in Amsterdam in 2021, completing it in 4 hours and 11 minutes. Now, my goal is to run under 4 hours. I believe this is achievable based on my current 5K and 10K times.5 km | 19:45 | |

Physically, I always struggle with long distances; I tend to experience discomfort somewhere, be it in my knees, Achilles, ankles, or hamstrings.
